2.3 This Agreement is supplemented by the baj999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on baj999. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. baj999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of baj999 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law are not permitted to use the Platform.
3.3 Mental Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Persons who are unable to enter into legally binding contracts under the laws of their jurisdiction are not eligible to use baj999.
3.4 Excluded Persons. Employees of baj999, its affiliates, technology providers, and payment processors, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player Accounts or place Wagers on the Platform.
4.1 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) baj999 Account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying information — are strictly prohibited. baj999 will suspend all duplicate accounts upon detection and may forfeit any balances held within them.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement.
4.3 KYC Verification. baj999 may request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Common documentation includes a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
4.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baj999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. baj999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. Notify baj999 support immediately if you suspect your Account has been compromised.
4.5 Account Updates. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Contact baj999 support via live chat to update your registered mobile number, email address, or payment information.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. baj999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). baj999 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your baj999 Account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account balance.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. baj999 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may vary during peak periods or where KYC verification is pending.
5.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement. baj999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
5.5 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the baj999 cashier at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically. Players must maintain a sufficient Account balance to meet any minimum withdrawal threshold.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. baj999 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable policies disclosed at the time of dormancy classification. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
6.1 baj999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets on PSL markets, and cashback programmes. All promotions are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your baj999 Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. baj999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, hedge, or matched bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements; registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and exploiting errors or technical faults in promotional pricing. Any player found to be abusing promotions will have their bonus funds forfeited and may have their Account suspended.
6.4 Promotion Eligibility. baj999 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion, including where baj999 determines that a player's betting patterns are inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
6.5 Expiry. Bonus funds not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the player's Account without compensation.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only accepted once baj999 has confirmed receipt and issued a bet reference number. baj999 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where the stake exceeds applicable limits or where baj999 suspects the integrity of the market.
7.2 Odds Errors. Where a bet has been accepted at clearly erroneous odds due to a manifest error (including but not limited to data feed failures, pricing errors, or technical faults), baj999 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. "Palpable errors" are standard industry practice and do not constitute a valid basis for dispute.
7.3 Match Abandonment. In the event that a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, baj999's settlement rules as published in the applicable sport rules section at the time of bet placement will govern settlement. Generally, if fewer than the specified minimum overs are bowled in a cricket match, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are subject to a brief processing delay for integrity purposes. Bets placed after the outcome of an event — whether due to latency or any other factor — may be voided at baj999's discretion. Players using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent in-play delay systems will have their accounts reviewed.
7.5 Maximum Payout. baj999 imposes maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and may vary by market and event. The maximum payout limit is the most baj999 will pay out on any single Wager, regardless of the odds at which the bet was struck.
8.1 All casino and slot games available on baj999 are provided by certified third-party game studios. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited for fairness by independent testing laboratories.
8.2 Return to Player (RTP). Each slot game has a published theoretical Return to Player percentage. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino or slot game session, all affected game rounds will be voided and any stakes placed will be refunded to the player's baj999 Account balance. baj999 will not be liable for any losses arising from a genuine technical malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on baj999 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 baj999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where baj999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached this Agreement or engaged in prohibited conduct.
10.2 Upon suspension for cause, baj999 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full and reported to relevant authorities.
10.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players wishing to close their baj999 Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting live chat support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing times, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baj999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
14.2 baj999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your baj999 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.3 baj999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. baj999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which baj999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
15.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact baj999 support via live chat and allow baj999 a reasonable opportunity — not less than thirty (30) calendar days — to resolve the dispute informally.
15.3 Bet Settlement Disputes. Disputes relating to the settlement of individual bets must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event result being confirmed. Disputes raised outside this window may not be reviewed.
16.1 baj999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, security, or regulatory reasons.
16.2 The version of this Agreement currently published on this page is the version in force. Your continued use of baj999 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
